A little taste of Vietnam

This evening I had a great time with my friend's sister Irma. Yes, another one :)  Irma took me to a Vietnamese restaurant to have some Pho Bo. It was so lovely hearing the language and tasting the food, all while enjoying some great company! And who knew that there was a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant right here in Brockton! P.S. Twenty-seven days til India!!!! :D

A month from now I will be in a new country, a place I've never been to before, however, a place which has enchanted me through stories, movies, and of course, with its delightful cuisine. It is rich in history, diversity and from what I've heard, it leaves an imprint on your soul which never fades away. Of course, I am talking India! Am I excited yet? Of course!! I have already started ...
